Your dino-blogger is working on super-secret blog projects. Please enjoy the music, and this photo-edited version of myself with a cheetah, while I am found.

“… and all I know is when I start to feel this way, the world keeps gettin’ better everyday…”

“I see babies crying, I watch them grow. They’ll learn much more than I’ll ever know… and I think to myself. What a wonderful world!”

I will always be the best me I can be.

The original photo was cool so I wanted one of my own. There I am, rocking my striped shirt.
The original photo was cool so I wanted one of my own. Somehow my striped shirt makes the picture less striking. πŸ™‚

If you watch the last video, you’ll understand this more, but: What I am is HELPFUL. What are you?

What’s your favorite positive song?

    1. πŸ™‚ I think of that song every time I tell someone that they’re magical…. which happens more often than you’d think because I’ve an eye for magic. Speaking of which, Sreejit– you are magical! πŸ™‚

  1. Fraggle Rock Theme is a good one for me but I love all your choices too. Thanks for sharing the Will.I.Am song though, hadn’t heard it before.

I don’t know how I’d define myself in one word. I am meant to pick a word from the song? Ha! Trust me to over-think it – perhaps what I am is thoughtful (full of thoughts!) :).

    1. Ooh, I love Fraggle Rock! πŸ˜€ The question was just for kicks, though I do think you stumbled on a good one for you. Not just thoughtful, but thought-full. πŸ˜€

  2. As a non-dinosaur, I can still relate to the joy of “What a Wonderful World.” I plan to hug several trees spontaneously and whisper words of encouragement to the daffydils! Does your tail help or inhibit happy dances?

    1. Dinosaur tails inhibits dance-skill… at least, that’s my story and I’m sticking to it. πŸ˜€ Hurrah for tree-hugging and daff-whispering! πŸ™‚

  3. Right now, the song that picks me up and makes me Mom-dance in the car is Pharrell’s “Happy.” I know many people are sick of it (including my children), but it makes me…happy! In this post? I think the tune is pretty great, but mostly because it has Grover in it. Anything with Grover makes me happy.

    1. It’s awesome that it has Grover, and double awesome that it has SUPER Grover. He’s my all time favorite. πŸ™‚ I do love Pharrell’s Happy, too!! What’s not to love? πŸ™‚

  4. Although I learned many many words and important American things watching Sesame Street with my kids years ago, “What a Beautiful World” is my most favorite song.
The line “I see friends shaking hands, they really say I love you,” moves me to tears.
    Curious about your projects….

    1. I can’t keep a secret at all, πŸ™‚ so I’m sure I’ll be talking about my projects at length soon… but for now, yay for love over that song! Thanks, Evelyne!!

  5. Rara, I tell you…you always make me happy. What am I? Thoughtful. My favorite positive song…Don’t tell me to stop, Madonna. Or at least it’s my favorite get up and go inspirational song. What I am is my new favorite positive song πŸ™‚ As always many thanks.

  6. You have great song choices, especially What A Wonderful World. I think Lady Gaga’s Born This Way has a positive message. I like everything from Switchfoot – lots of songs with positive messages. Who said they’re a teen band? How about Our House by Crosby, Stills, & Nash (maybe Young, too)? One more – Kenny Loggins Your Heart Will Lead You Home. There are too many songs to choose from. I could go on and on.

I like top secret stuff. Mystery and intrigue πŸ™‚

  7. What a wonderful world is my all time favorite..and wishing you the best for super-secret blog projects; can’t wait to read them on your page. Hugs

  8. Great Day by Friends of Distinction. Because my hubby likes to sing to it. And, Jason Mraz’s “I’m Yours.” I don’t know what it is about the song. It never fails to lighten my mood when I listen to it.
